You can bail for a full refund any time before I start cutting custom items.
You can send a 50% deposit if you would like, I'll just need the remainder paid before I ship out.
I do not generally stock ANYTHING. Contact me for current lead time.
Materials
I use Dimension Polyant X-Pac fabrics including VX51, VX42, VX21, and WX20 depending on availability. I generally try to keep black VX42 or VX21 in stock. Contact me for current material options.
Other custom fabrics are available upon request. Check out the heavy nylon options over at www.rockywoods.com for some inspiration.
I also use 3/4" nylon webbing, velcro, 1" grosgrain webbing, and a variety of buckles, closed cell foam padding, HDPE plastic, and reflective tape.
Quality
It is my goal to provide the best quality from design concept to fabrication, however, this is a work in progress. I've learned a lot, but occasionally stitching lines can be a bit crooked, or things might be a bit out of alignment, but none of that effects functionality. If I don't think it will work, I'll redo it.
Customer Service
The best customer service is preemptive, by designing and fabricating to the best of my ability. However, in the event you do have issues with anything, politely inform me of the problems, and we'll promptly resolve it in your favor as appropriate. The best marketing is happy customers.
One of the first rules in ultra marathon running is "No Whining." Complain to me, and I'll politely tell you to shut up and come back when you cool down. No policies, no written guarantees, just talk to me and I'll get you taken care of.
